Raynaulds’ syndrome is a disease which makes your body sensitive to cold temperatures and climates. Since your body is extra sensitive, you have to double your efforts to stay warm! Basically, you could suffer from hypothermia faster than people normally do! I live in Colorado Springs, and it snows alot here. How do you/would you deal with this?

I either have that, or similar symptoms. I just bought mittens, which I’ve decided are warmer than gloves. It might also be useful to get glove liners too. I have been told that wool is warmer than cotton. Have you tried any of the hand warmers? I have not, but they might be worth checking into. They have them for toes too.

I’ve seen heated gloves advertised with batteries but the reviews weren’t too great.

My worst problems have been in my hands and feet.
